Culture coach. Author. The person organisations call when they know something needs to change but are not quite sure what.
Based in Sheffield. Working across the UK. Rooted in the Tricres methodology and in the belief that culture is not a soft subject - it is the operating system of every organisation, team and life.
For individuals - ongoing 1:1 coaching, group programmes covering burnout, confidence, parental leave return and founder growth, and emergency coaching for when it cannot wait.
For organisations - culture diagnostics, leadership development, group coaching programmes for HR teams to offer their people, and Hump Day Leadership, a weekly coaching subscription.
For sports clubs, academies and BTEC Sport programmes - culture coaching for clubs, and The Rising Leader youth leadership programme mapped onto BTEC Unit 4 and Unit 6 criteria.
I have spent years working inside organisations - not advising from a distance but actually inside, understanding how culture is built, how it breaks, and what it costs when it goes wrong. That inside knowledge is what I bring to every coaching conversation.
I am a Tricres Qualified Coach and Partner, which means I use a structured, proven methodology to diagnose and develop culture - not intuition alone. The Tricres framework is used by organisations across the UK and internationally. I am one of a relatively small number of coaches licensed to deliver the full CRESCO programme commercially.
I am also the author of The Little Boss Lady and Wild Curly Hair - children's books that plant the seed of confidence and identity before the world gets a chance to chip away at it. More books coming soon.
I live in Sheffield. I have beagles. I am not corporate in the way that word usually sounds - I just know how organisations work and how to change them.
"When you embark on coaching, you want to be seen, understood, challenged and ultimately coached. That's exactly what Tamsin does. But not only that, she does it with empathy, understanding, passion and inspiration."
A children's book about ambition, identity and knowing your worth - written for the girl who is already planning her first business and the adults who want to encourage her.
A celebration of being exactly who you are - written for every child who has ever been told their natural self is too much, or not quite right, or needs to be tamed.
The first conversation is always free and always without obligation. Whether you are an individual, an organisation, a sports club or a publisher - get in touch and we will work out where to start.
